This blog is a commitment. It’s a commitment to myself, but also a commitment to anyone else who may be reading it. I have had weight problems for most of my life. It has y0-yoed (is that a word?) up and down drastically. I have tried diets, a person trainer, books… just about anything you can imagine. I have problems with sticking to things. I have probably done every sport known to man, but I never actually stuck to any of them. I’ve left art projects unfinished, big ideas behind, and my own personal health and fitness goals in the dust. I believe the problem is that I can’t be held accountable for anything really. So here I am, in the nude. Well not actually naked but you know what I mean, I’m baring it all to you. Maybe you have the same issues as me, maybe not. Maybe you want to see some pretty fudging excellent recipes that I may or may not have taken from my Pinterest board and altered a little (because I am a master chef…ha..ha), or maybe you just want to watch me in my fight through pain to become healthier. Whatever it is, I’m glad you’re here. I want to show the reality of becoming healthy. Every little step, curse under my breath, or failure that comes my way. Hopefully, you will get some ideas of your own from my journey because none of us are alone.
